Configuration Data: System-level constraints and guardrail configurations defined by your administrators.

Your enterprise workflow data, knowledge bases, and interaction logs are never used to train public models.
Data is processed in isolated, dedicated tenant environments.
All runtime states are stored securely and cryptographically verified.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process collected telemetry and account data only as required to provide the Service:

To provision, maintain, and authenticate API access.
To enforce platform security guardrails and access controls.
To provide technical support and issue resolution.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell enterprise data. We may share necessary infrastructure routing data with our certified sub-processors (e.g., Google Cloud, Firebase) strictly for the purpose of executing your agent workflows under compliant SLAs.

We employ enterprise-grade security mechanisms, adhering to industry standards for encryption at rest and in transit (AES-256 / TLS 1.3). Agent access is governed by system-level guardrails that are architecturally enforced.
