Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Neai Labs provides AI agent infrastructure under credit-based and subscription models. You may request to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at wl@nea-i.com.

Upon cancellation, your account will retain access to remaining credits and active agent services until the conclusion of the current billing cycle. Early termination does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the significant computational resources required to provision isolated agent environments, Neai Labs generally does not offer refunds for partial months, unused credits, or early termination.
